All About Eczema

Eczema is an inflammatory skin condition that is more than likely genetic. There are many factors that can cause an eczema flare up. Examples are perfumes or heavily scented products, laundry detergent, dry skin due to constant sweating/dehydration etc. There are many plants that contain curative properties to help alleviate discomfort and discourage eczema reappearance. Some examples of these plants are oats, aloe, leaves from the elder plant and red clover.
